Call forwarding is controlled directly via your mobile carrier network. The simplest way is to use GSM codes. These are special key sequences that you dial on your phone's keypad like a phone number, and confirm with the call button.

The forwarding conditions explained
- Conditional (No reply): The call rings on your phone first (e.g. 20 seconds). If you do not pick up, the AI answers. Ideal for day-to-day business.
- When busy: Forwards the incoming call immediately if you are already talking to someone else.
- Unreachable: Applies when your device is switched off, out of battery, or has no cellular reception.
- Unconditional (Immediate): All calls are redirected immediately. Your phone does not ring. Good for holidays or days off.
